Connections Nr. 4
This work is a dialogue with the shadow self. For years, I felt the conflict between my hidden and conscious worlds.
The deep black structure is that shadow, but I shaped it not as a threat, but as a container, a dignified presence. Held within it, my creative core, the red and gold ceramic form, burns with life.
The Plexiglas element is the moment everything changed. It is the turning point where conflict becomes connection, the instant the barrier becomes a conduit. This sculpture is the quiet record of that internal alignment. A recognition that our greatest energy often lies in the very parts of ourselves we have learned to hide.
