Geometrie del destino
Geometries of destiny
I’ve come to believe that destiny is not a single path we follow, but a constellation we navigate.
This work was born from a question that follows me into the studio: how much of our lives are given to us, and how much do we truly build ourselves? The pure geometric forms here are the things we are given. The circles, hexagons, and triangles are like inherited structures, the foundational points on our personal map.
But for me, the real story lives in the textures. It's in the fine cracks that fissure the paint, in the way a color bleeds at the edge of a perfect line. That is the space where our own will erupts. It is where we defy, bend, or embrace the shapes we’ve been given.
The Plexiglas is my attempt to capture the instant of pure awareness. That lightning strike when you suddenly see the hidden geometry of your own life. It is the moment you understand that a past sorrow was a necessary redirection, or that a random kindness became a cornerstone. This is the moment we stop just living our destiny, and begin to participate in it.
