I've always been drawn to the kind of strength that makes no noise. This sculpture, Connections nr. 8, is my attempt to give that quiet power a physical form. It's a portrait of poise: that rare, potent equilibrium between a calm exterior and a restless inner world.

The work is a dialogue of materials. A grounded, disciplined black base holds a searching, patterned ceramic. But for me, the true story is told by the Plexiglas. It is the coiled potential energy within, held in reserve, until it rises in a single, clear arc.

That final gesture is not chaos. It is clarity. It is the silent, beautiful release of a decision fully formed.
